Enzonic LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of Mineworld.space to do the same. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content on Mineworld.space infringes your copyright, please send a written notice to our Designated DMCA Agent with all of the following:

2. Identification of the infringing material — a description of the material you claim is infringing and its location on our Service (URL or other specific identifier).

If you believe your content was removed as a result of a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our DMCA Agent. A valid counter-notification must include substantially the same elements listed above, plus a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located.

Repeat Infringers

Enzonic LLC has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, access for users who are repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.

Note on User-Generated Content

Mineworld.space provides temporary server instances. Any Minecraft worlds, builds, or content uploaded to or created on our servers remain the property of their respective owners. Enzonic LLC does not claim ownership of user-generated Minecraft content.
