1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Mineworld.space ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The Service is operated by Enzonic LLC, a limited liability company registered in the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA ("Enzonic," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
Mineworld.space provides temporary, instant Minecraft Java Edition servers ("Servers") at no charge. Servers are drawn from a pre-warmed pool and assigned to users on request. Servers are automatically deleted after a period of inactivity. Registered users may opt in to automatic world backups.
3. Minecraft EULA
By using the Service you confirm that you have read and agree to the Minecraft End User License Agreement available at https://aka.ms/MinecraftEULA. You acknowledge that Mineworld.space is an independent service and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang AB or Microsoft Corporation.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the Service to:
- Distribute, sell, or commercially exploit Server access
- Host pirated software, malware, or illegal content
- Attempt to access, probe, or disrupt other servers in the pool
- Circumvent inactivity timers or other resource-management mechanisms
- Engage in cryptocurrency mining or other resource-intensive non-gaming activities
- Violate any applicable local, state, national, or international law
5. Service Availability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Enzonic LLC makes no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that data (including world backups) will be permanently retained. Server sessions and saved worlds may be deleted at any time.
6. Intellectual Property
Mineworld.space, its branding, and original code are the property of Enzonic LLC. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang AB. WorldEdit and ViaVersion are open-source projects under their respective licenses. Enzonic LLC claims no ownership of these third-party trademarks or software.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Enzonic LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our aggregate liability shall not exceed $0 (zero US dollars), as the Service is provided free of charge.
8. Modifications
Enzonic LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Kentucky.
